This documentary is part one of a series called Life Stories by Personal Trainer Duran Singh. Duran strives to tell real stories about real people illustrating how fitness has saved their life, with the aim of inspiring others. I filmed and edited part one of this series whereby Marsha Lorde discusses how she battled through cancer, unfortunately was injured whilst in the Territorial Army and how she wrestled with her mental health through COVID.
